I consent to fabrikanoskov.ru to process all my personal data specified in the application by any means, including by third parties, including reproduction, electronic copying, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the above processing of my other personal data obtained as a result of their processing, in order to:
- conclude a universal agreement with fabrikanoskov.ru;
- create personal data information systems of fabrikanoskov.ru;
- as well as for any other purposes;
I give my consent to the fabrikanoskov.ru counterparties to process all my personal data at the disposal/access of fabrikanoskov.ru and/or its counterparties for the following purposes: informing me about the services of counterparties, as well as to the processing of information about the clients and communication services provided to them (if the contractor of fabrikanoskov.ru is a telecom operator) in order to assess the likelihood of my solvency in the future to make a decision on providing products in “installments”.
This consent is given for an indefinite period, and in case of its revocation, the processing of my personal data must be stopped by fabrikanoskov.ru and/or third parties, and the data must be destroyed in case of termination of the Agreement and full repayment of the debt under the Agreement no later than 1 (one) year from the date of termination of the Agreement.
I agree to provide fabrikanoskov.ru with all the information available about me in the amount, in the manner, and under the conditions determined by the Federal Law No. 218-FZ of December 30, 2004, on Credit Histories, to all credit history bureaus included in the state register credit bureaus, as well as to receive a credit report from the above-mentioned bureaus for the conclusion of the Agreement and during the term of the Agreement.
I agree to receive advertising and mailing from fabrikanoskov.ru, including through the mobile radiotelephone network, its counterparties, and affiliates.
